Maryellen Belisle is a double board-certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for integrative pain management and a holistic approach to patient care. She has been caring for patients in the Boston area for over 20 years. With extensive experience in medical-surgical nursing, clinical research, and patient education, she combines evidence-based medicine with compassionate, patient-centered care to address the complex needs of individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain. She believes in the importance of spending quality time with her patients and listening to their concerns, which allows her to offer tailored pain management strategies that align with each individual’s unique needs.
Maryellen earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. She further advanced her expertise by completing a Post-Master's in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. This in-depth academic foundation, paired with her years of clinical experience, enables Maryellen to offer comprehensive care that blends traditional and integrative practices for optimal patient outcomes.

DR. GERALD (JERRY) MASTAW, M.D.
Anesthesiologist I Board Certified Interventional Pain Management
Dr. Gerald (Jerry) Mastaw, M.D., is a highly skilled physician specializing in integrative regenerative medicine and interventional pain management. He graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 2000 and completed his anesthesia residency 2004.
Following his residency, Dr. Mastaw served as a Naval officer for five years, beginning his military career at Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station. During his service, he was deployed to Iraq from 2006 to 2007, where he worked as an anesthesiologist in a Surgical Shock Trauma Platoon at Al Taqqdum, providing critical care in a combat environment. He later demonstrated his leadership abilities as the Department Head of Anesthesia at Naval Hospital Rota, Spain.
After leaving active duty, Dr. Mastaw pursued a fellowship in interventional pain management at the University of Michigan, where he further refined his expertise in managing complex pain conditions using advanced techniques. His passion for holistic, patient-centered care led him to specialize in regenerative medicine, where he combines innovative therapies to help patients restore function and improve their quality of life.

Amanda Quintana, AS, CMA
Medical Assistant I Patient Care Coordinator
Amanda Quintana is a skilled and compassionate bilingual Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator with over 22 years of experience in healthcare. She is certified in phlebotomy and intravenous therapy and holds an Associate of Science degree from Bunker Hill Community College. Currently working toward her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Amanda aspires to further her education with an advanced nursing degree. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to enhancing the well-being of patients, particularly those dealing with acute and chronic pain.
Amanda collaborates closely with the entire care team to provide personalized, comprehensive care to each patient. Her responsibilities include assisting with medical procedures, managing patient schedules, offering educational resources, and ensuring clear communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Compassionate about patient advocacy, Amanda makes each patient feel heard, supported, and empowered. She is committed to addressing each individual's unique needs and confidently guiding them through their recovery journey.
